City of Belleair Beach - Marina

The city owns and operates a 20 slip marina capable of handling powerboats, sailboats, and personal watercraft ranging in size from 9 feet to 50 feet in length and up to 12 foot beams. The marina is located at the North end of the city and offers easy access to the Gulf of Mexico through Clearwater Pass, approximately 3 nautical miles to the north.

Rental fees vary based on the length of the vessel and are different for city residents versus non-residents. The current rates are:

Rental rates for residents are $6.00 per foot/month with a $180 minimum/month
Rental rates for non-residents are $9.00 per foot/month with a $270 minimum/month
Rates include electricity and water at each slip.

Please note the following:

There are no fuel, waste pump-out, or bathroom facilities at the marina
At the present time, there are no vacant slips available. The City does maintain a "resident" and "out of town resident" waiting list.
